  6. Getriebe nach Herstellerangaben montieren
  7. Detaillierte Kontrolle des Getriebebetriebs (Belastungs-, Geräusch- und Dichtigkeitstesten)
  8. Optische Wiederherstellung der Getriebe in den Werkszustand
  9. Aus Rücksicht auf die Umwelt enthält das gelieferte Getriebe niemals Öl. Nachfüllen erst nach der Installation möglich.

 

Rückgabe des Alten Getriebes:

Bei der Lieferung des bestellten NEUEN Getriebes nehmen wir Ihr altes Getriebe zurück. Sollte eine Rückgabe des alten Getriebes nicht möglich sein, ist eine Kaution in bar direkt an den Fahrer zu zahlen.
Informationen über die Einziehung der Kaution werden im Abgabe/Annahme PROTOKOLL vermerkt.

KAUTIONSHÖHE:

Die Höhe der Kaution wird auf Basis des Getriebepreises festgelegt:

  • Preis bis zu 999,99 € = Kaution 200,00 € 
  • Preis von 1000,00 € do 1499,99 € = Kaution 250,00 €
  • Preis über 1500,00 € = Kaution 300,00 € 
  • Getriebe mit Einschränkungen : Die Kaution beträgt 500,00 € (Bitte prüfen Sie in der Beschreibung, ob das Getriebe, das Sie kaufen möchten, Einschränkungen hat).

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought 3 year warranty for new Dyson vacuum for $76. On day 2 the battery for vacuum would not lock into place. In order to have a functioning vacuum as quickly as possible, I purchased a second battery from Amazon. That resolved the problem, proving the battery was the problem, not the vacuum. I filed a claim with Assurion, which included sending photos, receipts, etc. The claim was still "processing" for a week. I got on a chat with Assurion, and for nearly an hour I tried to explain why it was unnecessary for me to return the whole vacuum. I asked for a supervisor, but they advised me to call because no supervisor was available. I called, and after finally getting through the computer system, I got the same run around. Finally a supervisor came on the line to tell me that this was actually an Amazon or a Dyson problem, and that I would need to return the entire vacuum. Also they would not "reimburse" for the battery I purchased. I never wanted reimbursement, I only wanted a functional battery - which is what I paid for. The supervisor told me I could "contact" Amazon. Everyone knows there is no human to contact at Amazon. You can keep the product, or you can return the product. As previously stated, I do not want to return the vacuum. Finally, the supervisor connected my call to Dyson. They refused to help me because I purchased the vacuum through Amazon. After two wasted hours, I ended up just where I suspected I would...without any help at all. I am going to try to "return" the useless Assurion warranty.
