Product Name: Golden Osmanthus Black Tea

Product Characteristics

· Appearance: Tightly twisted, glossy dark brown leaves, occasionally dotted with golden osmanthus petals.
· Liquor Color: Bright, clear orange-red
· Aroma: Upon opening the package, a rich osmanthus fragrance greets the nose. After pouring water, the tea and floral aromas blend harmoniously—elegant osmanthus with a long-lasting honeyed scent.
· Flavor: Smooth, sweet, and mellow on the palate. The rich, warm body of the black tea perfectly wraps around the fresh, vibrant notes of osmanthus. No bitterness or astringency, with a quick, pleasant sweetness and a lingering floral aftertaste.

Brewing Guide

It is recommended to use a Gaiwan or glass cup to fully appreciate the liquor color.

· Warm the Vessel: Rinse your teaware with boiling water. Add the dry leaves, cover, gently shake three times, and then inhale the "warm aroma"—this is when the floral scent is most intense.
· Water Temperature: 90-95°C (Avoid using water at a rolling boil to prevent scalding the leaves, which can cause sourness).
· Leaf Quantity: 3-5 grams (approximately enough to cover the bottom of a standard Gaiwan).
· Brewing Steps:
1. Rinse the Tea: Gently pour hot water along the inner wall of the vessel, immediately drain and discard the water (this awakens the leaves and should not be drunk).
2. Infuse: Refill with hot water and cover.
· Infusions 1-3: Steep for about 5-10 seconds and pour out immediately.
· From the 4th Infusion Onward: Gradually extend the steeping time by 5-10 seconds per infusion.
3. Enjoy: Inhale the fragrance while it's hot, then take small sips to appreciate the sweetness on your tongue.

Key Benefits

Osmanthus Black Tea is warm in nature, combining the health benefits of tea with the nourishing qualities of flowers, making it suitable for most constitutions, especially during autumn and winter.

1. Dispels Cold, Warms the Stomach, Relieves Pain:
Fermented black tea has reduced刺激性 (oxidation of tea polyphenols), making it gentle on the stomach lining. Combined with the warm nature of osmanthus, it effectively warms the spleen and stomach, alleviating stomach pain or discomfort caused by cold.
2. Soothes Emotions, Relieves Stress:
The unique aromatic compounds in osmanthus have excellent calming and relaxing properties. They help soothe tension, alleviate feelings of sadness often associated with autumn, and reduce anxiety. A cup during work breaks can aid in relaxing both mind and body.
3. Resolves Phlegm, Alleviates Cough, Promotes Saliva:
Osmanthus is known in traditional practices for its ability to resolve phlegm and alleviate coughs. Paired with the moisturizing qualities of black tea, it is very effective in relieving dry mouth, sore throat, and other discomforts caused by autumn dryness.
4. Aids Digestion, Promotes Beauty:
Rich in amino acids and polyphenols, it helps boost metabolism, cleanse the digestive tract, and with regular consumption, may contribute to smoother and more radiant skin.

【Storage Advice】
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light, strong odors, and moisture. Keep the package tightly sealed.

【Note】
It is advisable not to consume large amounts before bedtime to avoid affecting sleep. Pregnant women and individuals with specific health conditions should drink in moderation or consult a professional.

This book will crush infertile couples
Format: Paperback
I don't know how this book has a 5-star review rating. It's poorly researched and lacks any depth on the very subject it's supposed to be dealing with. The first section on Birth-Control just goes on and on about how Children are a Blessing and a Reward from God. And it says in one of the footnotes that the only reason couples shouldn't have kids is if the wife has a medical condition that would make pregnancy life-threatening or they are too old when they got married. Infertility isn't even mentioned. In the section on Infertility, there is NO research on how common it is, what causes it, etc. It's just Infertility is hard on women, and men will never quite understand why. And then on ARTs, they are treated as a guarantee that a couple will have kids if they do the treatment. The one and only stat he cites in this section is on IVF and he clearly read the information wrong. He didn't look to see what the difference is between cycles and transfers and said that IVF has over a 50% success rate in women under 34. That number is way too high and will only cause false hope, and misunderstandings about childless couples. And some of his research was from 2007, making it out of date in this cutting-edge technology.
