The Makita 12-Volt maximum CXT Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless 3/8 in. The AD03 has a 3/8 keyed metal chuck for improved bit gripping power and a compact angle head height of only 2-1/2 for work in close quarters. With Makita 12-Volt maximum CXT Lithium-Ion slide-style batteries, users get superior balance and ergonomics over pod-style batteries. For added convenience, the batteries include an on-board LED charge level indicator. The AD03 weighs only 2.6 lbs. (with 2.0Ah battery), with variable speed (0-1,100 RPM) and up to 245 in./lbs. of Max Torque. Convenience features include an easy-to-operate paddle switch with variable speed control and built-in LED light to illuminate the work surface. It's an ideal solution for users seeking a more compact driver-drill with less weight and for applications in tight spaces. A Miracle for dry mouth!!

I don't know what I would do without this product. I suffer from severe dry mouth from my medications and xylmelts have been a miracle for me. I buy them regularly and cannot live without them

I rely on these nightly to combat dry mouth, and they deliver exactly what is promised. The adhesion mechanism is impressive—once placed against the gum, the disc stays securely anchored for a full 6–8 hours without shifting, allowing me to sleep without interruption.
The profile is ideal; the discs are incredibly slim and unobtrusive, so you don't feel like you have a bulky object in your mouth while trying to fall asleep. Despite being so compact, they pack enough moisture to last until morning. The Berry flavor is mild and soothing, making it a perfect bedside companion. Highly recommended.

Excellent product for dry mouth

If you are having trouble with dry mouth, especially while sleeping, this is definitely the product for you. I have severe dry mouth and have tried multiple things including hard candy (yes, I know not very smart) as well as different biotin products, the mouthwash, the spray and the gel, which all do work, but do not last for very long. These stay in place open the corner of your mouth, last for hours and truly work. I highly recommend it if you are having a dry mouth issue
