This 36-inch mega top prep table combines a 15-pan ingredient rail, dual refrigerated drawers, and self-contained rear-mounted cooling in a compact footprint.
- 36-inch one-section design fits tight prep lines without sacrificing cold storage.
- Mega top opening accommodates 15 1/6-size pans; furnished pans are 4-inch deep and the top accepts 6-inch deep pans.
- Two pull-out drawers provide additional refrigerated storage and fit 6-inch deep pans.
- Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor.
- Includes a 10-inch polyethylene cutting board for efficient prep work.
