Francesca Salvemini is a brilliant and renowned classical flutist from Puglia, who enjoys ranging through various musical genres in her performances. In this case, accompanied by pianist Silvana Libardo, she offers an captivating selection of brand new arrangements of some of the most celebrated Italian film soundtracks. Themes from The Godfather, Once Upon a Time in the West, Anonimo Veneziano, The Leopard, Amarcord, Cinema Paradiso, and many others. Immortal music firmly embedded in the fantastic imagination of each of us, which in the new arrangements for flute and piano manage to evoke sensations of authentic magic, once again celebrating the connection between the listener and Music, with a capital M. Francesca Salvemini and Silvana Libardo, endowed with uncommon technique and sensitivity, complete the picture of an album destined not to leave even the most "indifferent" untouched. Recorded in the perfect natural acoustics of Studio Magister by Marco Lincetto, this album boasts an additional secret weapon: all connections between the recording machines used were made with WHITE GOLD INFINITO FII and TIGHT FII cables, thereby allowing Velut Luna to climb another important step towards the pinnacles of absolute sound quality reproduction.
