By now, how Jlin went from working in a steel factory in Gary, Indiana to being one of the most widely appreciated electronic musicians is well known. "Black Origami" was one of the most reviewed and lauded albums last year. She has toured constantly since it's May 2017 release and despite being involved in a wide range of projects, still manages to find a balance and "do some personal healing and growing." Here we are over a year later with "Autobiography," the score for her collaboration with renowned British choreographer Wayne McGregor. This isn't technically her third album (that's due to arrive in 2019 or 2020), but the soundtrack stands up on it's own with all the emotional peaks and troughs of a well-sequenced longplayer. I’ve been hearing all about the benefits of snail mucin for skin care, and now after trying Jasclair snail mucin hydrating serum for post derma-planing, it is easy to understand what all the hype is about when it comes to snail mucin. After derma-planing, it is super hydrating and soothing to put on, and my skin retains that moisture long after. But although it’s great for after derma-planing, it works just as well as a daily serum. For anyone wondering - yes it is a little bit slimy, but it’s more just out of the ordinary for what one is used to with a serum, not anything excessive. The smooth hydrated texture of my skin afterwards it’s perfect for makeup application and this serum works well underneath my make up, at least in part because it absorbs so well. A little bit goes a long way and this is now a must have as part of my beauty routine. I would highly recommend this snail serum after derma-planing and overall skin rejuvenation.
