That never ending consistency of incredible music growing up laid some very deep seeds and those early influences shine through his music. Jinks' beloved 2015 album Adobe Sessions, his fourth overall, is available on vinyl for the first time with bonus track "Fast Lane" and Side-D etching. "In 2015 a great crop of fresh faces in country and Americana arose on many people's radars," writes Country Perspective. Marketed to kids 4-12, this content is quite simply odd. Squirrel girl taking her (female) squirrel to a school dance dressed up in a trenchcoat? Black Panther recalling a library fight over…censored books and xenophobia? Wiccan baking his gay superhero lover a cake? Ms. Marvel having an anxiety attack and obsessing over ‘not being enough’ over a social media post calling her a b-list superhero? Gwen Stacy haunted by an intergalactic stalker/creep that keeps her from band practice? This one is high on progressive storylines and low on decent storytelling…
