The wine is barrel fermented and aged sur lies in French oak barrels. In order to allow the true varietal character to shine through, this Chardonnay has not undergone malolactic fermentation. Exceptional balance, bright acidity and hints of tropical fruit are the hallmarks of the wine. Alc. 13. 9% by vol.
