- Two insulated wells hold (2) 12" x 20" full-size pans for buffet and serving line use.
- Wet operation only; water is required for even heating and proper holding performance.
- Individual infinite controls and power indicator lights let you manage each well independently.
- 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a master manifold shutoff simplifies cleanup.
- Drop-in design includes positioning clips, gasket, and a cord with NEMA 6-15P plug; no hard-wiring required.
- Stainless steel top and wells with galvanized exterior housing for durable commercial use.
- Accepts full-size and fractional pans up to 6" deep; adapter bars are recommended for fractional pans.
