About the Author
Cassandra T. Gilliam is a customer service professional with over twenty years of experience in the retail industry. In addition, she worked as an administrative professional for over fifteen years, working in financial institutions, supplemented with over three years in a law office and over two years in medical settings. Gilliam holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marshall University in Huntington, WV, and an Associate of Applied Science Degree for Administrative Professional from Howard Community College of Columbia, Maryland.
Gilliam has served as a volunteer in the community, including Board of Elections of Howard County, Maryland, Morning Star Baptist Church of Baltimore County, Maryland and National Alliance on Mental Health Illness of Baltimore City, Maryland. She is a member of Morning Star Baptist Church of Baltimore County, Maryland. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, dining out, taking photos (whether in or out of the pic), playing music, and watching movies.
