FAQs

The bracket connecting the frame to my STITCHERO embroidery machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?

The brackets should be securely hand-tightened to your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop. If you feel any looseness, use the included screwdriver to gently tighten the screws connecting the bracket to the hoop frame, not directly to the machine. Do not over-tighten, as this could warp the magnetic frame or stress the mounting points.

How well does this magnetic embroidery frame grip slippery fabrics like silk or nylon?

The MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frame provides an exceptionally firm grip on smooth materials such as silk or nylon. The powerful magnetic hoop system applies even pressure to hold delicate fabrics securely without slippage or puckering. For optimal results, use your preferred stabilizer as with traditional hoops for precise embroidery outcomes.

Is the magnetic strength of the MaggieFrame strong enough for thick fabrics like jackets or backpacks?

Yes, the industrial-strength magnets in the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for STITCHERO machines are designed to handle heavy and multi-layer materials such as denim, canvas, or quilted jackets. The magnetic grip maintains fabric stability through stitching, ensuring consistent results even when embroidering dense or bulky items.

What safety precautions should I take when handling strong magnetic frames?

Always keep your fingers clear of the joining zone when bringing magnetic frames together. To separate them, slide the top frame sideways instead of lifting directly upward to avoid sudden snapping. Users with pacemakers or electronic devices should maintain extra caution, as strong magnets may interfere with such equipment.

Treasure!! The best!!
I had been using Avene Compensating cream for years before it was reformulated and renamed as “Revitalizing” in (as I remember) 2020. At the time, every single comment I saw complained about its pilling and its getting worse after reformulation. Every single comment wished for the old formulation back. Because Avene Compensating was PERFECT for me, I got very anxious after reading the comments and decided not to purchase the new Revitalizing cream. I jumped around from products to products for the last 2 years (from expensive La Mer cream, Cle de peau La Creme, Lancome soft cream, Amorepacific Time Response to less expensive Clarins Hydra, Embryolisse). Nothing beat Avene Compensating cream. Nothing came close to Avene Compensating cream in terms of giving my easily irritated skin that clear, well moisturized, trouble-free, healthful look. Fast forward to the week of Thanksgiving 2022 after I got back from a Las Vegas trip with terribly dry and dehydrated reddish skin that nothing helped (and I always use sheet masks daily), I decided to give Avene Revitalizing a try. Worst case scenario, I would waste my $40 that I, very likely, would otherwise waste on another non Avene moisturizer. I’m so grateful I gave it a try. I don’t know if Avene listened to its loyal customers and brought the old formulation back, or if they improved the new formulation that pilled, but the Avene Revitalizing cream (I tried both rich and regular versions) did not pill at all for me and as far as I can still remember, Avene Compensating cream felt the same to me. After 2 nights of Avene Revitalizing, my skin is pretty much back to normal now. I think this is the old formulation but I can’t say for sure because it was more than 2 years ago when I last used the cream, but no matter what, if it keeps being what it is now, I will be a customer for life. Please Avene. Don’t change formulation again.
