The secret of the Bach flowers
Edward Bach, the founder of the Bach Flower Remedies, was convinced that the causes of a variety of illnesses could be found in disturbances of mental equilibrium, and that certain plants have the ability to positively influence precisely this equilibrium. The Bach Flowers support every person’s own potential to work on themselves to overcome negative states.
He developed the Bach Flower System with 38 individual essences from 37 wild flowers and spring water. Each one of Dr. Bach’s remedies can be accurately allocated to a specific mental state, on which it can have a stabilising and harmonious effect.

Definitely recommend this!
Format: Kindle
This is a wonderfully written and beautifully illustrated story about a boy teaching others to be kind. There are many examples of being kind with even more suggestions at the end of the book. We ALL need to be kind to others because the world is a better place to be if we respect others and are nice to them. Being mean or selfish diminishes us and makes the world more inhospitable.
