Creatine nitrate for workout power, with patented help for absorption and recovery

CR3 isn't your basic creatine or a boring stim-free pre. It's a simple capsule setup focused on one big idea: start with creatine nitrate, then add a few top-notch patented ingredients to amp up performance and absorption, without junk fillers. This makes it a straightforward option for cleaner, stim-free workout support, better vascularity, and steady output.

The main player is 2,500mg creatine nitrate. It pairs creatine with nitrate for double benefits. Creatine helps refill your quick-energy stores—think ATP for heavy lifts, sprints, or explosive moves. The nitrate part boosts nitric oxide through a different path than stuff like citrulline, supporting blood flow. In the gym, you'll feel fuller muscles, more stamina across sets, and a ready-to-go vibe without stim nerves. But if you're after full creatine loading like 3-5g daily monohydrate, this 2.5g dose is more of a workout helper, not a total replacement.

There's 100mg vitamin C as ascorbic acid. This isn't a huge antioxidant bomb; it's just enough to help with basic defense and joint support during tough sessions, without stealing the show.

Senactiv® is in at 50mg, the usual dose you see in sports supps.

Inspired CR3 by Inspired Nutraceuticals contains 100mg Vitamin C, a clinical dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 2,500mg Creatine Nitrate — this is the heart of the formula, going beyond basic creatine. You get energy recycling for intense efforts, plus nitrate boost for blood flow and that full-muscle feel during training.
  • Nitrate pump without stims — creatine nitrate uses nitrates for vascular support, not caffeine hype. It's awesome if you want better pumps, more set endurance, and a clean pre-workout kick.
  • 4 capsules per serving — easy to take, no mixing mess, no flavor issues. Great for on-the-go, work gym trips, or when you need exact doses every time.
  • 50mg Senactiv® — solid dose based on what the makers recommend. Their data shows it helps with VO2 max (your body's oxygen use), energy production in cells, glycogen refill, and muscle repair signals—perfect for back-to-back hard sets.
  • 50mg AstraGin® — the go-to dose for better absorption. Lab tests from the makers show it ups creatine uptake by 33%, which is huge in a creatine-focused product like this.
  • 100mg Vitamin C — smart add for everyday antioxidant support and joint health during heavy lifting, without making it a vitamin pill.
  • Full label transparency — no hidden blends here. You see every ingredient and dose, which builds trust in a world full of shady labels.
  • No stims on purpose — boosts your workouts without caffeine or weird extras. No heart pounding, no building tolerance, and easy to stack however you want.

Who Is This For?

  • Gym folks wanting stim-free pre for evening lifts. CR3 delivers 2,500mg creatine nitrate for output and pumps without heart race or sleep issues—ideal for post-work training.
  • Bodybuilders chasing muscle fullness, dense sessions, and better connection. Nitrate in creatine nitrate boosts flow for that vascular, fed feel, while creatine keeps reps going strong.
  • People who get caffeine elsewhere and don't want it in every supp. Stim-free means you add coffee or nootropics only when you want, not locked in.
  • Strength athletes looking for more than basic creatine powder. Creatine nitrate gives energy for blasts plus flow that monohydrate misses.
  • High-volume trainers in build phases needing set-after-set quality. Senactiv® helps with cell performance and recovery when fatigue hits hard.
  • Capsule lovers who travel or skip powders. Four caps per serving make it easy for bags, work, and precise dosing.

How to Use

Take 4 capsules 30-45 minutes pre-workout. That gives time for absorption before heavy sets. If you're new to supps or nitrates, try 2 first to check how it sits, then go full. Wash down with water; capsules mean no mixing hassle. Empty stomach for quicker hit, or with light food if that works better. Off days, split the dose for ongoing creatine. Stacks well with electrolytes, carbs, extra monohydrate for full loading, or stims for CNS kick. No cycling needed—it's stim-free. Keep it cool and dry, lid tight.

What to Expect

First 10 minutes, not much happens—no stim blast. By 20-40 minutes, especially warming up, you notice easier fullness, building pumps, and solid repeat efforts over energy hype. Through the workout, creatine nitrate drives the feel—power and vascularity. From 40-90 minutes, it holds steady without crashes. Days 1-7 bring workout perks, but not full creatine buildup yet. Weeks 2-4, consistent use makes creatine shine for performance, and Senactiv® boosts resilience and recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is CR3?

CR3 is a stimulant-free capsule performance formula built around 2,500mg creatine nitrate per 4-capsule serving. It also includes 50mg Senactiv®, 50mg AstraGin®, and 100mg vitamin C, making it a focused product for training output, pump, and ingredient utilization rather than a high-stim pre-workout.

How much creatine is in CR3?

Each full serving provides 2,500mg of creatine nitrate. That gives you creatine support plus a nitrate-driven blood flow component, but if your goal is full traditional creatine saturation on the level of a standard 3-5g monohydrate protocol, you may want to stack CR3 with additional creatine monohydrate.

Does CR3 contain caffeine or other stimulants?

No. CR3 is completely stimulant-free, so there is no caffeine, no yohimbine, and no stimulant crash. It is designed for users who want better workout performance and pump without relying on CNS stimulation.

When should I take CR3?

Take 4 capsules about 30-45 minutes before training. That timing fits the intended pre-workout use and gives the creatine nitrate-centered formula time to be absorbed before your hardest sets.

Can I use CR3 on rest days?

Yes. If you want more consistent creatine intake, you can still use it on non-training days and split the serving across the day. This is especially useful if CR3 is part of your regular creatine routine rather than only an occasional pre-workout add-on.

What does AstraGin® do in this formula?

AstraGin® is included at 50mg to support absorption. In manufacturer cell-model data, it increased steady-state absorption of creatine by 33%, which makes it a logical supporting ingredient in a formula where creatine nitrate is the main active.

What should I feel from Senactiv®?

Senactiv® is not a stimulant and it is not something most users feel like a caffeine rush. Its role is more about supporting cellular performance, endurance, and recovery over time, with manufacturer-reported data suggesting benefits for VO2 max, glycogen accumulation, and muscle regeneration signaling.

Is CR3 better than plain creatine monohydrate?

They serve different purposes. Plain monohydrate is still the standard for simple, cost-efficient creatine saturation, while CR3 offers a more workout-oriented profile by combining creatine with nitrate for both performance energy and blood flow support.

Can I stack CR3 with a stimulant pre-workout?

Yes. Because CR3 contains no caffeine or other stimulants, it stacks well with coffee or a separate pre-workout if you want additional CNS drive. Just be mindful of your total stimulant intake from the other product.

Is CR3 beginner-friendly?

Yes, from a tolerance standpoint it is easier than most pre-workouts because it is stimulant-free and fully disclosed. The main thing beginners should know is that 2,500mg creatine nitrate is a specialized creatine format, not automatically a replacement for a full 3-5g daily monohydrate saturation plan.

Fallen Angels, fae, vampires, oh my!
Format: Kindle
Rating: 4.5 | Spice: 2 (but a good slow-burn) • Main Characters: Huntyr and Wolf • I couldn’t wait to read this book; there was so much hype about it! And there was no doubt why. I fell in love with the characters and the plot itself. This book is mainly plot driven more than friction driven but it’s easy to follow along with. The characters are fun, easily understood. The main setting is at an academy where both the main characters are going through trials and building strength for the final test, The Transcendent. There are fantastic side characters as well. I loved the camaraderie between Huntyr and her friends. But we don’t like Lanson. 😆 We do have some plot twists that come into play throughout the book. Secrets and betrayal to be seen. I did adore Wolf and Huntyr’s relationship. It was a classic slow burn trope. They didn’t hit it off fast, but in time their feelings grew. I loved their banter, so sexy. Wolf is your next book boyfriend; Huntyr is your next vampire assassin independent bad-a*s female. Themes include loyalty, trust, self-discovery, a true slow burn romance. Side note: book ends on a angsty cliffhanger! • Emily, thank you for writing this awesome novel and I cannot wait to devour Book 2, Blood So Brutal! 😍 • Happy reading, my lovelies! xo

“My heart bows to you and you only, Huntress.”
Format: Kindle
3.5 🌟 This book popped up in my KU recommended reading suggestions and the synopsis sounded like what I was in the mood for. I'm so glad I took a chance on it. I went into this knowing absolutely nothing about it and ended up really liking it. I love when this happens. The main characters are likeable and I easily found myself rooting for them. There is a mystery element to each of their backstories that I enjoyed watching unfold and can't wait to get more of. Wolf, in particular, has me fixated. Love him. I found this to be an entertaining, addictive read with a plot that moves along at a good pace. It reads so easily I found myself very reluctant to put it down. Lots of twists and turns and the angst is there. A good set up for the next book to come, for sure. My issues with this book....the dialogue feels a bit juvenile at times and there is a repetitive over use of a particular word phrasing that I found myself giving the ole eye-roll to. There are, without a doubt, some pretty cliche moments that gave me a bit of the cringe. I think this could've certainly 100% benefited from more depth regarding the world building. Perhaps the world building was sacrificed to keep the pacing quick? Just a guess. Also, the lack of consistency of character for the FMC was really evident and so she feels quite illogical at times. Overall, this was a fun and enjoyable read that hit the spot well enough for me. That ending certainly has me impatiently pining for book 2!

Interesting take on the genre
Format: Kindle
True rating: 3.25 ⭐️ I enjoyed the fresh take on the genre. The best way I could describe the setting and world is an apocalyptic dystopian version of Farie where vampires, fae, and angles struggle to survive in what is left of the world. It was definitely interesting throwing the academy/hunger games aspect into this world as well. Even though I guessed the final reveal early on in the book, I kept hoping I was wrong, and it would take a surprising turn. While the "plot twists" were a bit predictable to me, I still enjoyed the ride this book took me on. Another downfall for me was the plot holes in the world building... I.E. if society has fallen and the world is in the aftermath of war, how are there trains running around the world? Just to take young adults to the trials to get into the golden city? How is the train maintained, the tracks clear, etc? However, I did enjoy the FMC & MMC and thought they were fleshed out nicely. I also enjoyed the side characters but wish some were developed more like Ashalin (sp?). I do find myself rooting for the MCs to succeed and find happiness together, which is obviously an important aspect for romantasy. Overall, was this an earth-shattering, mind-bending, terrific piece of literature? No. But was it the worst thing I've read this year? Also, no. This book has, to me, the bones of a great read & just needs a bit more to push it from an alright book to a great book. Overall ratings: Plot- 3.5⭐️ World building 3⭐️ Spice 2.5 🌶🌶 Main characters 4 ⭐️ Supporting characters 3.5⭐️

great book
Format: Kindle
I am really excited to meet the author at the book retreat this month. I really enjoyed this world that she built and most of the female main character Huntress is so awesome. She goes through a lot in this book and the ending; wow! I wouldn't have even guessed. I highly recommend everyone to read this book. I have been so lucky this year that almost all the books I have read have been, so far, 5 out 5 stars.

Fallen for the Fallen Angel – A Guilty Pleasure Worth Every Page
Format: Kindle
There’s something deeply irresistible about a dark academia or trial-based setting, a brooding and arrogant fallen angel, and a fierce heroine with enough sass to go toe-to-toe with him. Wings So Wicked is exactly that kind of book—and I devoured it in just a couple of days. To be fair, the plot isn’t groundbreaking. If you’re looking for something fresh and innovative in terms of storyline, this might not be it. But if your reader heart beats faster at the mere mention of enemies-to-lovers, jealousy-fueled banter, magical trials, betrayals, and forbidden tension—you’ll feel right at home. It’s like catnip for those of us with this particular weakness. The chemistry between the leads could have used a slightly slower burn to make the tension sizzle longer, but I still found myself completely invested in their dynamic. There are moments and phrases that feel a bit cheesy or underdeveloped, but honestly? I didn’t care. The vibes were exactly what I wanted. This book isn’t trying to reinvent the genre—it’s here to give readers like me what we crave: high-stakes magical drama, angsty romance, and the thrill of watching a badass girl and her brooding counterpart clash and spark. If that sounds like your kind of story, Wings So Wicked will hit the mark. Here’s hoping Book 2 turns up the heat and keeps the magic alive.
