Set within this striking form are hand cut diamonds, each full of individual character. Their softly irregular facets create wonderful depth and fire, catching the light with a romantic sparkle unique to antique stones.

The ring is created in rich 18 carat gold, with the diamond settings most likely executed in silver. A traditional Georgian and early Victorian technique used to enhance brilliance before the use of white gold and platinum. The contrast between metals beautifully frames the diamonds.
