Deze sierheester is in laagstam / halfstam variant hier leverbaar, leuk bijvoorbeeld tussen vaste planten in uw borders of in pot. De laagstam houdt in dat de trompetbloem op een geënte stam geleverd wordt, hierdoor is de plant beter bestand tegen ziektes en kou. Ook zal de plant uitbundiger bloeien. De Trompetbloem zal geleverd worden op een stam van 80cm, dee kruin van de plant zal dus nog iets hoger zijn, waardoor de totale hoogte, afhankelijk van het seizoen, nog hoger ligt dan 80cm. Bij elke bestelling van Yarinde zult u een gratis snoeikalender en aanplantinstructies krijgen.

De prachtige diep rode en groene kleuren van de trompetbloem zijn uitstekend te combineren met onze borderpakketten voor zonnige borders met bijvoorbeeld blauw en/of paars bloeiers. Denk hierbij aan gewenste kleurencombinaties. Daarnaast is de Trompetbloem een bladverliezende en niet wintergroene plant. Denk hierbij aan het combineren met wintergroene bodembedekkers of wintergroene vaste planten. Ook is deze sierheester prachtig individueel aan te planten in een losse plantenbak.

Standplaats en aanplanting van de Campsis tagliabuana 'Fire Trumpet'

De Trompetbloem 'Fire Trumpet' staat graag op een plaatsje in de zon of halfschaduw. Wanneer de trompetbloem te weinig zon uren krijgt, zal de bloei van de plant minder uitbundig zijn en dus minder prachtig rode trompetbloemen bevatten. Deze halfstam Campsis doet het vrijwel op elke bodem goed en houdt van een vochthoudende bodem.
