Deze Grande Réserve Brut is dé trots van Gosset. Keldermeester Jean-Pierre Mareigner omschrijft het als de ware expressie van wat Gosset belichaamt. En dat proef je. De wijn verrast je met dominante fruitaroma's als citroentaart en mirabelle, aangevuld met verfrissende tonen. De aanzet is heerlijk romig en zacht.

Wat maakt hem zo bijzonder? De Chardonnay (43%) zorgt voor die mooie fruitigheid, terwijl de Pinot Noir (42%) de structuur geeft. De Pinot Meunier (15%) maakt het geheel af. Om al het primaire fruit te behouden, doorloopt deze champagne geen malolactische gisting en rijpt hij minimaal 4 jaar in de k kelders. Be careful of sharp edges

This is a decent organizer for the kitchen. Not too big and not too small for what I have. I like how it has two tiers so I can put soap bottles on top and sponges underneath. I also like that it just stands on the rounded edges instead of having legs. Those can start looking a little gross over time. I’m not sure if it’s just the one I bought, but you do want to be careful. Some of the welded parts had metal sticking up that I had to hammer down. The drain plate has some sharp edges. Not as sharp as a knife, but sharp enough you might cut yourself. I have another one from a different seller and just one tier, but it has a similar drain plate. That one has slightly rounded edges compared to this one. I would have like it more if the top basket was slightly taller. I get scared the glass soap dispensers I have might get knocked over easily. It would also be nice if the bottom could have a bit weight to it to avoid tipping. Overall, I would still recommend this over a single basket if you have more items you want to hold.
