Gebruik
Deze test wordt gebruikt om verhoogde PSA-waarden in het bloed te detecteren. PSA (Prostaat-Specifiek Antigeen) is een eiwit dat door de prostaat wordt geproduceerd. Verhoogde PSA-waarden kunnen wijzen op: Prostaatvergroting (Benigne Prostaat Hyperplasie - BPH) Prostaatontsteking (Prostatitis) Prostaatkanker Een verhoogde PSA-waarde betekent niet automatisch prostaatkanker, maar het kan een indicatie zijn voor verder medisch onderzoek.
Aanwijzigingen voor gebruik
Voorbereiding Open de verzegelde verpakking en plaats de testcassette op een schone, droge ondergrond. Masseer uw vingertop en reinig deze met het meegeleverde alcoholdoekje. Bloedafname Gebruik de automatische steriele lancet om een kleine bloeddruppel te verkrijgen. Gebruik de pipet om het bloed op te zuigen en plaats één druppel bloed in de testcassette. Testuitvoering Voeg drie druppels bufferoplossing toe aan de testcassette. Wacht 10-15 minuten en lees de uitslag af. Wanneer mag de PSA test niet worden uitgevoerd? Na fietsen of ergometrie: Wacht 24 uur Na ejaculatie: Wacht 24 uur Na prostaatmassage: Wacht 2-3 dagen Na transrectale echografie: Wacht 2-3 dagen Na cystoscopie: Wacht 1 week Na een transurethrale resectie of prostaatbiopsie: Wacht 4-6 weken
Waarschuwingen
De test is bedoeld voor zelfdiagnose, maar bevestiging door een arts wordt aanbevolen bij een positief resultaat.
Een verhoogde PSA-waarde betekent niet automatisch prostaatkanker, maar het is een reden voor nader medisch onderzoek.
Bewaaradvies
Bewaren bij kamertemperatuur, buiten direct zonlicht. Niet gebruiken na de houdbaarheidsdatum op de verpakking.

Knot their Omega

It took me a day to really get into the book, there is a lot happening in the beginning of the story. I wish there was more of a time frame because I felt like something’s happened quickly but they were farther away than I thought so that was a little confusing to me. I felt like there was so much happening but also not enough.
As for the story itself I enjoyed it, it was different than other OV I’ve read. Bring the tissues, you will need them. They guys were great, I wish we saw more of Kai and Kenjis relationship. As for Nate…… IYKYK.
I enjoyed this book, my first from this author and look forward to reading about Kamaris story.

Has Potential, Poorly Executed
Format: Kindle
I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action

This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4.
Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down.
There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books.
The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.
