100% Rizling Vlašsky grape alias Graševina in Croatia, Olaszrizling in Hungary, Riesling Italico in Italy, and Laški Rizling in Serbia and Slovenia.
The grapes were harvested from a vineyard in Nová Vieska situated next to the protected nature reserve of Drieñová Hora.
Organic and biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, maturation on yeast sediment, no fining or filtering, minimal use of sulphites. Half of the wine has had two weeks of skin contact.
Crafted by Mátyás Family Winery using organic and biodynamic farming methods and traditional winemaking techniques with minimal intervention.
