Het ASRock H610M-H2/M.2 is een solide Micro-ATX-moederbord ontworpen voor moderne Intel-systemen met socket LGA 1700, compatible met Intel 12e, 13e en 14e generatie Core®-processors. Dankzij de H610-chipset biedt dit bord een uitstekende balans tussen prijs, mogelijkheden en toekomstbestendigheid.

Het moederbord ondersteunt maximaal 64 GB DDR4-geheugen verdeeld over 2 DIMM-slots, met dual-channel architectuur en ondersteuning voor DDR4-3200 MHz (non-ECC, unbuffered modules) inclusief Intel® XMP-profielen. Voor opslag is er één Ultra M.2-slot (PCIe Gen3 x4, tot 32 Gb/s) en vier SATA3-poorten voor SSD’s en harde schijven.

Qua uitbreidingsmogelijkheden beschikt het bord over één PCIe 4.0 x16-slot voor een grafische kaart en één PCIe 3.0 x1-slot voor extra uitbreidingskaarten. Voor beelduitvoer zijn er twee HDMI-poorten (HDMI 2.1, 4K @ 60 Hz) waarmee geïntegreerde Intel® UHD Graphics optimaal benut kunnen worden.

Op het gebied van connectiviteit biedt het bord een Realtek® Gigabit LAN-controller met snelheden tot 1 Gbps. Er zijn in totaal zes USB 2.0-poorten (vier achter, twee intern) en vier USB 3.2 Gen1-poorten (twee achter, twee intern) aanwezig. De audioweergave verloopt via een Realtek ALC897 7.1-kanaals HD-audiochip. Voor koeling zijn er meerdere 4-pins fan-headers aanwezig, inclusief aansluiting voor een waterpomp.

Met zijn compacte Micro-ATX-formaat (22,0 × 19,3 cm) past het moederbord gemakkelijk in de meeste behuizingen. You know a blanket’s soft when my dog immediately tries to appropriate it. This is incredibly soft, and actually pretty light; it makes for a good spring or summer blanket, or a throw in addition to something else in colder weather. (The twin is big enough that you can double it up over yourself to make it thicker in colder months.) I’m not sure while it’s called a “bubble” blanket - there is a very gentle egg crate shape to it, but it’s not rigid at all, and not dual-layer or filled with air or anything. It’s a very comfy throw (my dog can also attest to that) and for ~$20 (at the time of this review), it’s a great deal. I haven’t noticed any shedding, either, but I’m going to wash it on as gentle a cycle I can, to be safe.
