This all-new addition to the American Professional Classic line from Fender takes the newer American Professional Classic and adds the all-new Fender Silent System – a patent pending, battery-free, passive system that eliminates single-coil hum. Gone are the days of noisy single-coils! Some might say it’s the ideal blend between vintage-inspired and new.

Perfectly contoured, this American Pro Classic Strat gets its signature double-cutaway shape from a solid alder body – a timeless Fender tonewood known for its resonance, punch, and clarity. The body is finished in beautiful Daphne Blue and is complimented with a 3-ply mint green guard, nickel/chrome hardware, and vintage white plastics. Mounted into the guard, a set of Coastline '57 Single-Coil Stratocaster pickups sit in the bridge, middle, and neck positions. With the new, patent pending Fender Silent System, these pickups are quite, say goodbye to unwanted noises in sessions and on stage. The Greasebucket Tone System makes a return on this model – offering a well-rounded, balanced tone at all volumes without any treble loss. The control set features a 5-way selector switch, master volume, and 2 tone controls to explore.

Bolted to the body with 4 screws, a comfy Modern "C" satin maple neck offers fine playability. The 9.5-inch radius rosewood fingerboard is crowned with 22 medium jumbo frets, making bends and fast fretting feel like a breeze. Vintage-inspired Strat hardware like the 6-point tremolo bridge offers a stable and expressive place for strings to be anchored before making their way to the ClassicGear Staggered tuning machines at the headstock.
