Although we designed the Terra Guard Tub Rail Covers to work perfectly with the OE hardware, the OE hardware is not the perfect solution. Bolts are made of 304 stainless-steel (no coating outside) which is superior to regular steel and any zinc plated fasteners and provides good strength and corrosion resistance in bad environments like high temperature, cold weather and high humidity areas. Washers are CNC machined from 303 stainless-steel for a superior surface finish and corrosion resistance. With a low-profile design, this stainless-steel security hardware kit will ensure a smooth surface across the top of the Terra Guard Tub Trail Covers. The OE hardware is bulky and protrudes up higher than the tread design which makes it easy to catch on things while loading and unloading items from your vehicle. The OE hardware’s oversized bolt head can create an uneven surface that could cause a spill if your drink lands on the head of one of these bolds. We solved this issue with a custom stainless-steel flat head washer that allows the head of the new stainless-steel bolt to sit flush with the tread pattern on you Terra Guard Tub Rail Covers. Style is important, but it’s nothing without security. With tamper proof Torx bit screws, you’ll minimize the chances of theft due to the uncommon size of the tool required for installation and removal. Finally, a toy my dog hasn’t murdered
If your dog destroys toys like it’s their full-time job, this stick is the boss-level challenge they didn’t see coming. I gave it to my power-chewer (a pit mix with jaws of steel), and after a week of gnawing, tossing, and dramatic tug-of-war battles, it’s still intact. Not even a dent. I think it might be made of space-grade rubber or the same stuff they use in black boxes.
It’s got a good weight to it — heavy enough to feel solid, light enough to toss without pulling a shoulder. No squeaker, no fluff, no sad stuffing guts all over the living room. Just pure chewable glory.
Pros:
• Actually indestructible (or close enough)
• Great for aggressive chewers
• No squeaker = peace and quiet
• Easy to clean and doesn’t smell weird
• Doubles as a fetch toy and chew stick
Minor feedback:
It’s a bit heavy for small dogs, and it doesn’t bounce or squeak — but if your dog’s into serious chewing, they won’t care. Also, don’t drop it on your foot. Trust me.
Final thoughts:
This toy is the Chuck Norris of dog sticks. If your pup has shredded everything else, give this a shot. It might just survive — and so might your sanity.

Durable
If you have an aggressive chewer this will hold up for about a month. After about a month of daily use my police k9 will get the ends off. Is it completely indestructible no, does it hold up better then any other toy he’s had absolutely. When you have a dog with super high toy drive you understand nothing is indestructible but I will say a month for a toy to last with my dog is great and I accept the fact I just have to buy new toys monthly. For reference my dog will destroy a Kong in about half the time.

GREAT DURABILITY FOR MY XL SUPER CHEWER !
My dog LOVESSSSS this toy. It’s definitely one of her favorites! I have a Pit-Mastiff mix and she loves to chew toys, but her breed also means she’s got an outrageous amount of strength in those jaws, making it hard to find toys that can last without getting torn up super easily. We typically buy Kong “Super Chewer” toys and this has held up better than those! We’ve had it a good few months and it’s super durable. She gnaws on this thing every day for a good bit of time, and it doesn’t have any weak spots, holes, chunks missing, NOTHING, except a few dimples. It’s firm but also has give to it that (I think) really provides a good chewing option. It’s got enough weight and give to it that I can throw it for her and it’ll bounce without flying around crazy like some toys. The toy itself is not super cute, but my dog definitely is when she’s carrying it around everywhere 🥹
My only con is that I wish it came in other colors! I was surprised that she liked it so much because she typically prefers bright colored toys like red/orange/blue/green. It took some time, but once she warmed up to it and realized she could chew as hard as she wanted on it, it was game over from there.
