This system is constructed from 100% ceramic-coated 304-stainless steel for added durability. It features adjustable Active Autowerke double walled tips, making it ideal for both two door and four door BMW M3 models, and also allows for cleaner fitment with diffusers.

The E9X M3 performance exhaust system is easy to install because it uses factory style flanges making it a complete bolt on system that requires no cutting or welding. Our Black Series BMW M3 Exhaust system is a straight-through design, providing substantial improvements to gas flow over the factory exhaust. In addition, the Active Autowerke E9X M3 Black Series Signature Exhaust system features large 3" piping for maximum exhaust flow, while maintaining enough back-pressure to result in horsepower increases across the entire RPM range.

Sound and Performance:

The sound is unobtrusive, with a rich mellow tone and delivers an extra 15+hp, with key gains in the mid-range. The factory BMW M3 muffler features a Noise Canceling Chamber (NCC) inside the muffler. Active Autowerke has retained this feature by adding two custom-built Active Autowerke noise canceling chambers on each muffler to reduce or fully eliminate all drone (the 'booming' noise some mufflers emit at cruising speeds of approximately 3500 RPM).
