This rotating bezel, insert, tension spring, and click spring are made from 316L Swiss stainless steel for durability and a Lasting finish.

Installation: The bezel insert comes pre-installed, and all you need to do is insert the click spring and press down the bezel onto your watch. Professional installation is recommended and can be done by a local watch or jewelry repair shop.

Decent firm pillow

I've been using the shredded foam pillow since January. At first it was too packed/firm, so I had to remove some of the stuffing from mine. When fully full, it is a chore to get it in/out of our standard pillow cases. Over time, the pillow has developed a divot from where my head rests the most, so I'll need to fully remove/fluff/reinsert the foam to get it back into shape. Overall, I find the comfort of this pillow just okay. It absorbs your head heat even in the winter, so if you prefer a cool pillow, I don't recommend it. It does seem to be a good quality pillow otherwise. I expect I'll be able to use this one for a few years without it falling apart. It doesn't smell bad either. My husband really likes the pillow, but I've also seen him sleep comfortably on very old pillows that have turned into pancakes... so do with that information what you will.
